Your Job
As an Associate Product Manager at Molex, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management of assigned product lines. This includes ensuring products meet customer requirements, align with business goals, and drive profitability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies, create commercialization plans, and drive continuous improvements in product quality and process efficiency.
Our Team
You will be part of the Copper Solutions Business Unit (CSBU) within Molex's Datacom and Specialty Solutions Division (DSS). Collaborating with teams including R&D, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales, you will play a pivotal role in delivering customer-specific solutions and executing strategic priorities to meet market needs.
What You Will Do
- Lead lifecycle management for assigned product lines, including roadmap development and implementation aligned with CSBU strategic priorities and customer requirements
- Create business cases, pricing strategies, and sales enablement materials for product commercialization
- Collaborate with Molex management, engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to deliver customized solutions for customers
- Develop insights into technology, products, customers, competitors, and market trends, and translate these into strategies for product line and profit growth
- Drive process improvements and share best practices to enhance overall efficiencies
- Lead cost reduction initiatives, capacity planning, and quality improvement efforts with manufacturing plants
- Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving customer dynamics
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of product management experience, preferably in electronic components, connectivity solutions, or related high-tech industries
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels

- Familiarity with process improvement and best practice sharing
