Job Description

What you will do:

Performance Management

  • Manage end-to-end performance review cycles, including planning, calibration, communication, and system processes.
  • Partner with C-suite leaders, managers, and HRBPs to ensure consistent and fair performance assessment.
  • Analyze performance data and provide insights to guide talent and compensation decisions.

Total Rewards

  • Support salary review cycles, annual bonus programs, and other rewards processes.
  • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness.
  • Analyze and design employee insurance and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Support annual budgeting and forecasting from a Compensation & Benefits perspective.

Projects & Governance

  • Contribute to policy reviews, governance processes, and audit requirements.
  • Support regional initiatives such as ESOPs, incentives, career levels, and new rewards frameworks.
  • Conduct analysis, prepare reports, and build dashboards for leadership discussions.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of HR experience with a focus on performance management and compensation & benefits.
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills ability to build models and extract insights.
  • Knowledge of market benchmarking, performance frameworks, and regional employment practices.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple cycles/projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leaders.
