We're looking for an Associate Manager, Vertical Planning, to join our SIM/WiFi team and to grow our eSIM sales. The ideal candidate will be someone with a strong commercial mindset and proven track record of building and maintaining strategic relationships with key/large merchants and partners. This person is also expected to drive business growth through leading and executing innovative marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of strategic partnerships with key players in the tech and travel industries to rapidly expand the eSIM business.
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns to increase Klook eSIM's awareness and drive customer acquisition for our eSIM products.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and inform partnership and marketing strategies.
- Oversee budget allocation and performance metrics for all partnership and marketing initiatives, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
- Collaborate closely with various internal functions (e.g., marketing, supplier operations, customer service, finance) to maximize sales, ensure alignment, enhance operational efficiency, drive user acquisition and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to quarterly strategic planning and improvement initiatives aimed at achieving supply strength metrics goals.
- Extract business data and implement mechanisms to monitor and analyze commercial and operational performance.
What You'll Need
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution. Experience in OTA, ecommerce, or tech startups is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the telecommunications or mobile technology industry, with specific knowledge of eSIM technology is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Track record of successfully driving cross departmental projects is preferred
- Fluent in both English and Chinese. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- A start-up attitude highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required
- Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background and in different time zones.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
