Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and optimization of performance media campaigns for a key regional client account.
- Support the development of full-funnel media plans across Social, Display, and Search channels, aligning with key performance indicators (KPIs) from awareness to conversion.
- Contribute to campaign setup, ongoing optimization, and performance analysis on platforms such as Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google, and Programmatic.
- Utilize a data-centric approach to evaluate performance trends, identify insights, and implement strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Assist in mentoring junior team members and participate in daily client communications serve as a trusted advisor for performance initiatives.
- Partner with Creative, Analytics, Tech, and Partner teams to ensure cohesive and efficient campaign execution.
- Apply a deep understanding of regional strategies, with experience particularly relevant to Korea, ANZ, and India.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing in an agency environment, and demonstrated ability to handle accounts independently.
- Strong knowledge in Display (Programmatic) and Paid Social (Meta, Snap, TikTok), and Paid Search campaigns will be a plus.
- Highly analytical with proficiency in using digital dashboards and analytics tools.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management and team leadership.
- Familiarity with regional campaigns across APAC, especially in markets like KR, ANZ, and IN.
- An adaptable, solution-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail.
