About the Firm
A US headquartered law firm based in Singapore that is expanding their Corporate Practice, servicing Asia-Pacific region is looking for a mid-level Associate to join their team.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) gained within an established international law firm.
- Qualifications: Dual-qualified in a major common law jurisdiction (e.g., England & Wales, New York, Australia) with a strong preference for Singapore qualification (admitted to the Singapore Bar).
- Work Ethic & Attitude: Self-motivated, commercially minded, and possess a strong appetite to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Core Competencies:
- Demonstrated experience in cross-border M&A transactions
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously under a pool-system framework.
- Excellent communication skills and cultural dexterity when liaising with global cross-border teams and international clients.
