Associate Lecturer - Business Graduate Folio (HE7)

In this capstone course, final year students will use an ePortfolio to reflect and provide evidence of learning to demonstrate personal accomplishments for personal development, career planning and progression after graduation.

This is a blended Work Integrated (WIL) course, with lecturers conducting a series of workshops that ensure students are workplace-ready, demonstrating their development of business knowledge, skills and capabilities. Some workshops may include design thinking, networking skills, career planning and goal-setting. Students will also be taught to design a lifelong learning approach that will allow them to continuously adapt their careers post-graduation.

This will be a culmination of the ePortfolio that students begin in the first year of the Bachelor of Business program.

Job requirements:

• A Ph.D or Master's Degree in related discipline from a reputable university or professional qualification in the relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience at the tertiary level is preferred
• 5 years of relevant work experience will be an added advantage
• Familiar with online learning management tools and software applications such as Adobe, CV360 and Folio by Portfolium
• Must be available to conduct a weekly 3-hour lecture for a period of 9 weeks
• Must be available to teach classes during the day between 8.30AM and 6.30PM and/or on weekday evenings from 7PM to 10PM
