Job Description:

  • Design and Deliver Engagement Programs: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives that are inclusive, purposeful, and tailored to team needs. Go beyond logistics to ensure every initiative contributes meaningfully to the employee experience.
  • Ensure Ownership from End to End: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for event delivery, proactively plan for risks (e.g., backup plans), and follow through on feedback to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Be a Reliable Point of Contact: Support employee queries related to onboarding and early-stage HR processes with clarity, empathy, and responsiveness.
  • Act as a Trusted HR Liaison: Respond to employee queries on HR policies and processes with clarity, timeliness, and professionalism.
  • Craft Internal Communication Narratives: Prepare clear and engaging communications (e.g., internal emails, decks) to support HR initiatives and cultural moments.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Initiatives: Track participation and feedback, measure effectiveness of engagement efforts, and propose data-informed improvements.
  • Support Wider HR Projects: Contribute to L&D, employee relations, or special initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Organisational Behaviour, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome especially those who demonstrate maturity, responsibility, and a passion for employee experience
  • A natural sense of ownership you take initiative and follow through reliably
  • The ability to prioritize and act with urgency especially when timelines matter
  • Thoughtfulness and empathy you consider how others may feel or experience something before proposing a solution
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Collaborative attitude you&aposre easy to work with, but you also get things done independently
