As an Associate, hi! Product Marketing, you will play a hands-on role across business operations, product launches, testing and campaign execution. You will connect the moving parts behind every launch - keeping timelines on track, stakeholders aligned, documentation accurate and customer touchpoints ready to go.

You will also gain exposure to festive campaigns, tactical promotions and targeted customer campaigns, making this an exciting opportunity to learn how products and marketing move from idea to market.

How You will Make An Impact:

Business Operations & Launch Coordination

• Maintain master launch plans, project trackers, action logs and key milestones for hi! product and proposition launches.
• Coordinate across Product Development, Channels, Operations and Customer Care teams to ensure dependencies and deliverables are completed on time.
• Keep launches on track by following up on actions, identifying risks early, escalating blockers and ensuring stakeholder readiness.
• Support launch governance by preparing meeting materials, documenting decisions, tracking approvals and following through on outstanding actions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date launch documentation, including product memos, FAQs, scripts, internal guides, process documents and reference materials.

Product Testing & Launch Readiness

• Coordinate and support product testing across customer journeys, digital touchpoints and operational processes.
• Maintain testing logs, defects, supporting evidence and retest status, working with owners to ensure critical issues are resolved.
• Ensure customer-facing and internal communications are updated before launch, including app and web content, frontline guidance, FAQs and customer notifications.
• Support launch-day readiness checks and post-launch issue tracking, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and key learnings are captured.

Campaign Management

• Support the planning and execution of hi! campaigns across festive moments, tactical promotions and targeted customer segments.
• Coordinate campaign briefs, timelines, creative assets, approvals and go-live requirements with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
• Partner with Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Analytics teams to support campaign audience selection, deployment and performance tracking.
• Ensure campaign messages, offers and product information are accurate and consistently represented across customer touchpoints.
• Support post-campaign reviews and capture insights and learnings to improve future campaigns.

Skills for Success:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Operations or a related discipline.
• About 2 years of relevant experience fresh graduates with strong internship or project experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong organisational and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines, actions and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, shared documents and project trackers, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Good written communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Interest in consumer products, digital experiences, product marketing and go-to-market launches.
• Confident communicating across different teams and comfortable following up with stakeholders to keep actions and deadlines on track.
• Fast learner who takes ownership, asks thoughtful questions and is motivated to grow into independently managing launches and campaigns.
