Job Responsibilities
The Associate will provide comprehensive support to the General Administration Department, with a focus on management and strategic initiatives, project coordination, Head Office liaison, corporate documentation, cross-functional coordination, and people-related matters. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic & Project Support: Assist management in the implementation and follow-up of strategic initiatives, key projects and internal improvement initiatives. Coordinate project timelines, deliverables and action items, and follow up with relevant stakeholders to support timely implementation.
- Head Office Liaison & Management Reporting: Support day-to-day liaison and coordination with Head Office, including preparation and submission of regular and ad-hoc reports, management updates, presentations and meeting materials. Coordinate with internal departments to consolidate information and follow up on Head Office requests and action items.
- Corporate Documentation: Draft and prepare internal reports, management papers, meeting materials, official correspondence and other corporate documents in both Chinese and English, with a strong focus on high-quality Chinese business writing.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate across departments on management requests, projects and other internal matters facilitate information sharing, track action items and support effective cross-functional collaboration.
- People & Organizational Support: Assist with employee-related matters, internal coordination, documentation, staff initiatives, recruitment and other people or organizational projects as required.
- General Management Support: Provide support for departmental and company-wide initiatives, administrative coordination and other special assignments as required by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Finance, Chinese, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience in corporate management, project coordination, management support, corporate administration, HR, or a related function.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, with excellent Chinese writing skills and the ability to independently draft professional reports, management papers, official correspondence and presentation materials in Chinese.
- Good organizational and project coordination skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with different departments and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
