Job Description
- The Associate / Food Technologist supports the development, qualification, and commercialization of food ingredients and food products. This role requires a strong interest in food ingredients, food processing, and manufacturing technologies. The successful candidate will conduct hands-on laboratory experiments, pilot-scale studies, and manufacturing trials to develop and deliver practical technical solutions within project timelines.
- This position offers an excellent opportunity for an individual who is eager to learn and build technical expertise across the entire innovation and product development lifecycle, from bench top experimentation through pilot plant trials and commercial implementation. Working closely with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment, the candidate will support ingredient qualification, process optimization, and product commercialization while ensuring projects are executed effectively and completed on time.
- Support the development, qualification, and commercialization of food ingredients and products.
- Conduct hands-on laboratory, benchtop, pilot plants, and manufacturing trials.
- Evaluate ingredient functionality, food processing performance, and suitability for product applications.
- Analyze data, document results, prepare technical reports, and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects safely, effectively, and on time while ensuring compliance with quality and food safety requirements.
