Job Description

Plans, organizes and facilitates in-house nursing training programs.
Prepares course materials, refreshment and logistic requirement. Set up training room according to training needs.
Maintains and updates nurses competency registry.
Manages nominations and registration for ad-hoc and external courses/conference/ seminar.
Monitors utilization of training places for nursing training programs and attendances.
Collates post course evaluations results and prepares summary reports for Nurse Educators.
Support Nurse Educators in training effectiveness and outcomes monitoring.
Manage rooms booking.
Maintains asset inventory and checks training requisite/ equipment. Follow up on purchase and replacement.
Collates and enters Continuing Nursing Education points of the nurses in SNB website.
