The Role


Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for trade lifecycle management which includes monitoring and executing trade life cycle events such as NDF fixings, option exercise, expiry of futures/swap positions, funding for trade settlement and booking of corporate action events query resolution by responding to trade related queries from the Front Office in a timely manner performing daily reconciliation of trade and positions between Portfolio Management System, Fund Admin System and Prime Brokers statements and reporting generate positions and trade life cycle reports for Front Office and internal stakeholders

Your Profile

To excel in this role, they are seeking for someone with a Bachelor's degree, along with a minimum of 3 years plus of relevant experience, preferably gained in a financial institution sector (sell side or buy side). You should also have a good grasp in knowledge of equities, swaps, futures and options and has a good understanding of trade flow processes for hedge fund. Proficiency in Excel, VBA, and Python will be an advantage. An analytical mindset is essential, and your ability to work independently with a positive attitude will be key to your contributions and achievements in this role
