The Role

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for margin and cash management through answering margin calls daily & working with brokers to call back excess cash for optimization, validation of Margins with brokers and working with internal stakeholders to ensure margins are charged appropriately by brokers, optimizing collateral with counterparties and ensuring collaterals are being posted/settled timely and working on new initiatives including ad hoc projects, including but not limited to, process automation/integration, new workflows.

Your Profile

To excel in this role, they are seeking for someone with a Bachelor's degree, along with 5 years relevant margin/collateral experience preferably gained in a financial institution sector (sell side or buy side). You should also have a working knowledge of cash/margin/liquidity management and proficiency in VBA or Python will be an advantage. An analytical mindset is essential, and your ability to work independently with a positive attitude and meeting tight deadlines will be key to your contributions and achievements in this role.
