Job Description

Associate Equipment Engineer
Working day : Work 3 days , Rest 2 days (Morning/ Night shift)
Location : Office ( Tampines ) / Client site ( Woodland)
Salary : $2800-$3200 + OT + Shift allowance
Industry : Semiconductor

Job Description & Requirements
.Perform advanced troubleshooting and complex repairs on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

.Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime.

.Lead maintenance projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

.Evaluate and recommend new equipment and technologies to enhance process capability and productivity.

.Train and mentor junior technicians, supporting their technical skill development.

.Assist in the development, review, and improvement of equipment maintenance strategies and procedures.

.Collaborate with equipment vendors and suppliers to resolve technical issues and improve equipment support and reliability.
