Job Description

  • Operate in a dynamic work environment to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform routine Preventive Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions / procedures.
  • Carry out Corrective Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions / procedures.
  • Perform after-office hour standby for fault activation.
  • Arrange and attend monthly meetings with customers.
  • Provide engineering services and support to facilitate equipment adequacy, obsolescence, configuration and design.
  • Provide or recommend technical solutions to mitigate RF communication systems / equipment failures.
  • Travelling and working at customer premise(s).
