Associate Engineer (CYBERSECURITY)

Job Title

Associate Engineer / Engineer / Senior Engineer (Engineering CYBER)

Education / Experience

. Diploma/Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering, or equivalent.

. Professional certifications in cybersecurity solutions preferred.

. Preferably with 2 years experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Description

. Provide timely, clear and concise information flow among all stakeholders.

. Liaise with customers and vendors in terms of issue resolution.

. Review the customer's existing business workflows or system functionalities and provide recommendations for improvement.

. Ensure system availability through 24/7 operational support.

. Perform ad hoc troubleshooting on cybersecurity-related issues, which includes fault isolation.

. Execute scheduled system preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

. Manage service requests and incidents to provide timely and effective resolutions.

. Work with service providers/vendors to ensure SLAs are met.

. Occasionally providing support in critical events based on rotational duties.

Requirements

. Experience in Operations Support.

. Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.

. Hands-on experience with cybersecurity products, i.e. McAfee, Cisco, Microsoft, Thales.
