Associate Engineer, Customer Care Apply online
Summary of Position
The incumbent is required to provide technical support to maintenance team, support system testing and commissioning and be involved post-sales activities of projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work offsite.
- Provide on-site technical support for variation orders received by Projects Delivery and Customer Care department
- Support maintenance testing and commissioning by drafting specific tests and commissioning plans
- Resolve technical issues by coordinating with both internal team and external vendors to meet client requirements.
Requirements
- A Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Engineering / IT
- Possess analytical and problem solving abilities
- Good customer management and communication skills
- A good team player with the ability to multi-task
- Driven, self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Resilient and persistent
- Training will be provided
- Valid Class 3 Driving License
- Able to perform 24/7 Standby Duty
