Job Description

Summary Of Position

The incumbent is required to provide technical support to maintenance team, support system testing and commissioning and be involved post-sales activities of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work offsite.
  • Provide on-site technical support for variation orders received by Projects Delivery and Customer Care department
  • Support maintenance testing and commissioning by drafting specific tests and commissioning plans
  • Resolve technical issues by coordinating with both internal team and external vendors to meet client requirements.

Requirements

  • A Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Engineering / IT
  • Possess analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Good customer management and communication skills
  • A good team player with the ability to multi-task
  • Driven, self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Resilient and persistent
  • Training will be provided
  • Valid Class 3 Driving License
  • Able to perform 24/7 Standby Duty
