Job Description

Element has an opportunity for an Associate Engineer to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of the operations team, the Engineer position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under minimal direct supervision. The engineer position must be proficient in a number of core business and technical skills including but not limited to compliance to established safety rules, code of conduct, and company policies and procedures.

Carry out both in-house and on-site calibration for Mechanical, Temperature, and Electrical equipment.
Coordinate with customers to assess their needs and deliver appropriate testing and calibration solutions.
Manage and maintain proper equipment records, ensuring all related administrative tasks are completed accurately.
Supervise and perform scheduled preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment as assigned.

Requirement

Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Civil / Mechanical Engineering.
Open to on job training with relevance qualification and interest in lab testing environment
Relevant experience in the calibration of electrical and electronic instruments
Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
Positive working attitude with a proactive mindset.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Able to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
