Responsibilities
- Operational Processing
- Execute business operations in line with SOPs, service-level timeliness, and quality standard
- Support onboarding and servicing for GIRO applications, Standing Instruction, Credit Card and Cashline products
- Maintain documentation, audit trails, and reporting records for compliance
- Process Optimisation & GenAI Adoption
- Identify and automate repetitive manual tasks using GenAI or workflow enhancement
- Participate in process re-engineering initiatives to streamline steps, update SOPs, and enhance overall operational productivity
- Contribute to projects enhancing GIRO systems, focusing on GenAI and automation integration
- Risk & Compliance
- Adhere to operational controls, risk standards and data privacy requirement
- Support investigations, audits and compliance check
- Escalate unusual activities or potential breaches
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Business and Technology stakeholders to resolve issues, gather requirements
- Communicate changes effectively and provide timely updates on processing status and exceptions
- User Acceptance Testing & Live Verification
- Plan, coordinate and execute UAT and LV for new feature, system upgrade and process changes
Requirements
- Min 4 years of relevant Banking Operations experience and familiar with workflow tools
- Able to work under tight pressure and schedules and SLA driven task
