What The Day Will Look Like
We are seeking an experienced Flexible Benefits professional to support the enablement and adoption of our flexible benefits solutions across Asia. This role will focus on local market enablement, client solution alignment, and delivery effectiveness, working closely with regional leadership and global platform teams.
In addition, this role includes a secondary component covering selected client management, stewardship and delivery oversight to ensure client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the localisation and enablement of the flexible benefits platform to ensure relevance to Asia market requirements.
- Act as a key interface between various teams including but not limited to technology, operations, consulting and broking ensuring alignment to APAC roadmap, standards, and governance.
- Translate platform capabilities into clear, client-relevant solution narratives focused on governance, cost management, employee experience, and operational outcomes.
- Identify and surface market feedback, implementation challenges, and enhancement opportunities to global and regional stakeholders.
- Support exploration of how the flexible benefits platform may interact with complementary solutions or partners.
- Contribute structured thinking, market perspectives, and implementation considerations to inform future roadmap discussions.
- Support platform adoption through structured enablement of consulting and client service teams (e.g. solution understanding, use cases, implementation considerations).
- Provide consulting oversight to platform implementations, working alongside dedicated project managers to ensure scope clarity, delivery quality, and client outcomes.
- Support issue resolution, risk management, and post-implementation stabilisation where required.
- Manage a portfolio of flexible benefits clients to remain closely connected to client realities.
- Lead or support stewardship discussions, including governance reviews, service performance, and forward-looking planning.
- Use client insights to inform continuous improvement of platform enablement and delivery approaches.
- Contribute to internal initiatives to improve consistency, quality, and efficiency of flexible benefits delivery.
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- With proven experience in flexible benefits across advisory, project management, administration, or digital benefits platforms.
- Strong understanding of flexible benefits design, governance, and platform-enabled delivery models.
- Experience supporting platform enablement, localisation, or implementations within a global framework is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working with regional and global stakeholders.
- Experience in broader Asia Pacific markets is an advantage.
- Strong ability to operate within global frameworks while addressing local market needs.
- Credible advisor to internal and external stakeholders, with a delivery- and outcomes-oriented mindset.
- Structured, pragmatic, and comfortable working with ambiguity at early solution-shaping stages.
- Collaborative, aligned, and governance minded.
