About the Role
We are looking for a driven and commercially-minded individual to join us as an Associate Director, Strategy & Corporate Development to support and execute the firm's strategic growth initiatives across global markets.
This role sits at the core of Alta's expansion strategy, with a focus on M&A, strategic investments, partnerships, and market development. You will work closely with senior management to evaluate opportunities, execute transactions, and support key initiatives that drive the firm's long-term growth.

About You
Minimum 5 years of experience in investment banking, Big 4 corporate finance, corporate development, or strategy roles. Exposure to the technology and/or fintech sector is preferred.
Proven track record in building complex financial models (e.g. LBO, M&A, NPV/cash flow, partnership structures) and conducting valuation analyses to support strategic transactions.
Hands-on experience in transaction execution, including mergers & acquisitions, partnerships, or similar strategic initiatives.
Strong understanding of financial services, fintech, and/or private markets is advantageous.
Highly analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
