About The Role
With over 25 years of establishment, WSP's Global Capability Centre (GCC) has become a strategic asset. To help strengthen the GCC value, we are seeking the role of an Associate Director to drive engagement and growth for the GCC in WSP for overall value to WSP. This will be a full-time role that leads complex, enterprise-wide strategic and transformation initiatives, partnering with global and regional leadership of WSP to shape strategy, strengthen relationships, and unlock value and growth. This role requires intellectual agility, the ability to anticipate organizational needs, and the skill to translate insight into action at scale.
Responsibilities
- Leads and manages large operations transformation initiatives working closely with global and regional leaders.
- Collaborates with GCC leaders on Cross-functional Areas: - Engages with GCC (India, Philippines, Romania and Latin America) leaders to ensure that critical strategic decisions are vetted and well thought out prior to execution. - Interacts with leaders and share business insights to ensure organizational alignment and drive attention to areas of focus.
- Prepare storylines/ reports for leadership. - Leads the programs that increase visibility and engagement of GCC: - Develops and leads a marketing strategy to effectively reach our target audience, maintain consistency in messaging, evaluating our performance, and drive long-term growth. - Develop strong collaterals to connect with key stakeholders across lead countries. - Bring new ideas of putting GCC brand in global landscape. - Develop positioning campaigns focused on GCC stories that wins hearts and minds of people. - Build a strong network of ambassadors and connect with them on a regular basis to share key updates and understand new opportunities.

Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration or Bachelor's Degree in Science or a related field.
- At least 15 years experience in business research, strategy, stakeholder engagement, project management, consulting and leadership in a professional services environment.
- Proven track record in delivery of strategic and operational business outcomes.
