Key Responsibilities
Lead research design from objectives to fully annotated questionnaires/guides
Work with data teams to identify patterns and develop presentation shells utilizing tables, visuals, and multimedia (e.g., Vox pops)
Spearhead proposal and pitch creation, emphasizing clear USPs for securing work
Manage project pricing, costing, and budgets, optimizing operational effectiveness
Manage Insight staff, including formal appraisals, identifying development needs, and participating in hiring
Identify new business in current accounts and maintain high client satisfaction for repeat business
The Role
As an Associate Insight Director, you will connect strategy with research execution. Focus on developing client relationships, managing a retained project portfolio, and proactively driving new business. You must own your territory and revenue targets, ensuring top-tier client satisfaction. This dynamic role requires assisting Insight Directors with timely, high-impact insights while managing, training, and mentoring junior team members
What we need
4+ years in ad-hoc primary quantitative and qualitative research, agency experience preferred
Deep fluency in diverse research methods (traditional/digital) capable of advising clients on optimal approaches
Proven commercial accountability such as managed revenue, KPIs, and project flow
Experience with line management, delegation, and providing performance feedback
