(Associate) Director, HNW Case Management

My client is a major multinational insurance and financial services company, offering life insurance, pensions, asset management, and related products across Asia, the US, Europe, and other markets.

They are currently seeking a highly capable (Associate) Director, HNW Case Management based in Singapore to lead their team and drive excellence in orchestrating complex, high-value life insurance cases from submission to policy issuance.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end case management for high-value, complex, and priority HNW/ UHNW life insurance applications
• Act as the primary point of contact for Relationship Managers, Advisers, and internal stakeholders on sophisticated cases
• Coordinate closely with Underwriting, New Business, Operations, Compliance, and other teams to drive timely and accurate case progression
• Manage large-sum-assured, multi-life, trust, and other complex policy structures
• Monitor case quality, turnaround time, and service standards, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
• Handle escalations and resolve issues for priority cases to ensure smooth policy issuance
• Provide leadership and guidance to the case management team while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration

Requirements:

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in life insurance new business, case management, or operations
• Strong hands-on experience in handling HNW or complex insurance cases is essential
• In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, underwriting processes, and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills (able to interact effectively with senior clients and producers)
• Strong problem-solving skills with a client-centric and solutions-oriented mindset
• Proficient in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
