Be the regional lead for Asia Pacific philanthropic and partnerships programmes and work closely with stakeholders across the region to align, plan and drive programmes in accordance to HSBC's focused areas
Key person to drive Singapore's philanthropic & partnership programmes and ensure engagement of volunteers to support programmes
Assist the Regional Head in leading and management of Asia Pacific team's
Financial matters, inclusive of budget management and regional allocation
Risk and governance structure maintenance and escalation
Day-to-day operational functions including adhoc projects
People agenda and HR management
Requirements
More than 10 years of experience in the financial industry with expertise in origination, development and management of Asia Pacific regional philanthropic and partnership programmes
Good understanding of the Asia Pacific ESG and community landscape
Equal years of experience in financial, budget, risk and operational management
A driven, motivated and charismatic individual, with ability to work with all stakeholders inclusive of C-suites
Creative and ability to think outside the box and provide innovative solutions to drive agenda to greater heights
