Our client is a growing alternative investment firm seeking a hands-on FP&A professional to help build and scale its financial planning and analysis function.
Responsibilities
This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who thrives in an evolving, unstructured environment and is comfortable building processes and analytical frameworks from the ground up. The role partners closely with senior management, providing forward-looking analysis and decision support across budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and the development of revenue, cost, and allocation models. Responsibilities include preparing management reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and executive presentations, as well as delivering deep-dive analyses that explain key drivers and trends behind financial performance. The role also works closely with investment, operations, and other business teams to enhance financial transparency, supports the month-end and year-end close in partnership with accounting, and contributes to data accuracy, process improvements, automation, and system enhancements as the firm continues to scale.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have strong FP&A experience, preferably within asset management or alternative investments, solid financial modelling and accounting fundamentals, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to work independently with full ownership of their work.
