(Associate) Director - Financial Services

Were helping a global independent comms consultancy grow their Singapore team, and theyre on the lookout for a Director with financial services comms experience.

This isnt just another agency role. Youll be working directly with senior stakeholders in financial services (think private equity, capital markets, financial systems), shaping campaigns that cut through complexity, and building client relationships that last.

Theyre not obsessed with titles, CV gaps or a perfect &aposagency pedigree.&apos What matters most Energy, curiosity, hustle, and being the kind of person who says 'good morning' when you walk into the office.

What the role

• Leading client accounts as a trusted adviser
• Creating smart, integrated campaigns with measurable impact
• Handling media confidently and helping clients navigate tricky moments
• Coaching and supporting colleagues so the whole team lifts together
• Growing the business through ideas and initiative (not cold new-biz targets)

Who are you

• 8 plus years experience in PR or comms (agency and/or in-house)
• Strong grounding in financial services comms - think private equity, capital markets, financial systems.
• A natural leader who builds trust quickly and makes work feel collaborative, not transactional
• Someone who genuinely wants to grow their career here.
• It would be great to see some crisis communications experience, too
