Job Description

The Associate Director, Finance will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and operations of our healthcare provision business across all AIA entities. This is a unique opportunity to lead financial planning, reporting, and governance for a growing portfolio of clinics, including greenfield projects and acquisitions. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive performance, ensure compliance, and support strategic growth initiatives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead financial strategy, planning, and performance management for the healthcare provision business
  • Oversee financial operations across clinics, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance
  • Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration
  • Drive financial setup and governance for new clinic ventures
  • Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership to support decision-making
  • Ensure timely and accurate group-level financial consolidation and reporting
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team across multiple markets

Minimum Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferre
  • At least 10 years of experience in financial leadership, ideally in healthcare or multi-entity environment
  • Strong track record in financial planning, reporting, and operational financ
  • Experience in M&A and building finance functions from the ground up is a plus
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
