What The Day Will Look Like
Support key retrocession clients:
- Assist regional retro team and relevant local team to provide best-in-class services to key retrocession clients, especially focused on Asia regions and South Korea
- Work with global teams to provide leading market insights to local teams and clients
- Work with regional and global teams to coordinate effective inwards business strategies for key retrocession clients across the regions
Assist Technical Analytic Support Within Teams
- Support key clients development through major competitive sales (RFP) opportunities and analytic support regularly
- Work with regional retro team across Asia Pacific to build business intelligence database
Support New Business Opportunities
- Assist retrocession growth initiatives to effectively sell Aon's value proposition toward target prospects across Asia regions
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- At least 6 years of experience in treaty reinsurance related work at an insurance company, reinsurance company, reinsurance intermediary
- Specific experience and knowledge for Singapore and HK based reinsurance companies and strategy
- Specific experience, relationships, and knowledge in major retrocession buyers across Asia regions and South Korea
- A detailed understanding of the various reinsurance structures to manage risk and implementation of them within the modelling framework
- Strong interpersonal skills, client management and communication capabilities and the ability to interface with all levels within the corporation and various business units
- Highly numerate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to travel within the Asia region to facilitate client presentations, seminars and conferences as required.
- High self-motivation and ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to work in a collaborative and matrixed environment
