As a key leadership member of the team, you are highly collaborative, a self-starter, with strong problem solving and analytical ability, with a track record of a test & learn mindset. You'll be responsible for the operations, performance and technology of client account ensuring operational excellence and performance delivery at scale across the region. Owns digital activation standards, performance optimisation, and technology enablement to ensure strategies are executed efficiently and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Own regional digital operations and performance governance across platforms and markets
- Drive performance optimisation against agreed KPIs and business outcomes
- Lead adoption and effective use of adtech, martech, and performance tools
- Define and maintain standard operating models, workflows, and execution standards
- Translate strategy and category intent into scalable, highperforming execution
- Support digital transformation and acceleration initiatives
- Manage, coordinate and communicate with cross functional and client working teams to deliver commercial success.
- Own and maintain brand safety requirements across processes, teams and campaigns.
- Work with external partners to drive test and learn initiatives with innovation agenda.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8-10 years in digital media, with special emphasis on digital and an expert understanding of ad:tech solutions across display, mobile, video, social and search.
- Current hands-on experience across platforms such as DV360, TTD, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager. Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Adobe DMP will be a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
- Intuitive with strong commercial acumen and work ethic.
- Ability to lead projects independently from start to finish, working with internal and external teams to make decisions and maintain forward momentum.
- High competency level in analysis & insight generation demonstrated advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience managing and delivering against performance KPIs.
- Excellent time management / project management skills, with ability to manage detail work and communicate project status effectively to all levels.
