Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Presentation & Communication Materials

  • Prepare high-quality presentation materials for client meetings, internal reviews, and external engagements.
  • Create clear, visually appealing illustrations and comparisons (e.g., insurance solution, product comparisons, financial projections).

2. Client Onboarding Support

  • Coordinate and arrange medical examinations for clients as required in the insurance application process.
  • Facilitate smooth client experiences during medical exams and other related procedures.

3. Client & Partner Liaison

  • Assist in gathering relevant information and documentation from clients and referral partners.
  • Support communication and follow-ups to ensure timely responses and document submission.

4. Sales & Prospecting Support

  • Help in organizing and executing client prospecting activities, including lead tracking and initial outreach.
  • Support follow-up and meeting scheduling with prospective and existing clients and partners.

5. Insurance Application Administration

  • Provide administrative support for insurance applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Sales Operations Team and other third parties to manage application timelines and requirements.

6. Meeting Coordination & Follow-up

  • Arrange and prepare for meetings with clients and referral partners.
  • Follow up on action items, and ensure all stakeholders remain aligned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a support, coordination, or client service role (insurance or financial services industry preferred).
  • Familiarity with insurance application processes and terminology is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills able to multitask with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Proactive, reliable, and discreet with sensitive information
