Job Scope

• Responsible for die bonding machine design improvements and critical tooling design.
• Jigs and fixtures designs.
• Conduct testing to mass productions.
• Conceptualization, CAD modeling, complete detail design, BOM and drawings
• Responsible for each aspect of designing and building the machine.
• Tape & reel integration on existing machine.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design and development, with a focus on the semiconductor industry
3. Proficiency in design tools and software (e.g. Cadence, Altium, MATLAB)
4. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects
6. A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
