Job Responsibilities:

Client Due Diligence
- Execute comprehensive KYC processes, verifying client identity, assets, investment objectives, and risk tolerance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing a robust compliance foundation for financial services.

Client Communication & Service Enhancement
- Address client inquiries during onboarding and account opening efficiently, continuously optimize service processes, and deliver tailored, integrated solutions to enhance client experience and satisfaction.

Compliance & Risk Management
- Collaborate with front-, middle-, and back-office teams to manage account opening, trade confirmation, and AML processes, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and mitigation of operational and legal risks.

Internal Collaboration & Decision Support
- Participate in cross-department collaboration and internal training, consolidate and analyze client and market information to support team decision-making and business optimization.

Job Requirement:
- Master of Science in Applied Finance or related courses

Proactive learner - shows initiative in understanding financial markets, trading strategies, and quantitative tools.

Team player - collaborates effectively with traders,analysts, and other stakeholders.

Strong communicator - able to present analytical findings clearly in both written and verbal form.
