Associate

Dentons Rodyk is looking to recruit an Associate/Senior Associate to join its leading Investment Funds practice. We welcome applications from candidates across a broad range of PQEand are open to the right candidate at either level. The ideal candidate will be motivated, bilingual and have experience in handling both fund formation and regulatory matters. The role focuses on advising fund managers and sponsors on the establishment, structuring, offering and ongoing operations of investment funds across multiple asset classes as well as associated regulatory and licensing matters. Candidates with strong M&A or general corporate transactional experience who are keen to transition into investment funds work are also encouraged to apply.
