Singapore Counselling Centre (SCC) is expanding our associate network and is seeking qualified Associate Counsellors who are available to provide counselling services during evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
This role is suitable for experienced counsellors who value flexible scheduling and meaningful clinical work within a multidisciplinary setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional counselling services to individuals, couples, families, children and youth
- Conduct sessions in accordance with ethical and professional standards
- Maintain timely and accurate case notes and clinical documentation
Requirements
- Minimum Master's degree in Counselling, Psychology, or an equivalent recognised qualification
- At least 3 years of relevant counselling experience
- Registered with, or eligible for registration with, a recognised professional body (e.g. SAC / SPS)
- Comfortable working with diverse presenting issues and client profiles
Preferred / Bonus Attributes
- Ability to provide counselling in a second language (e.g. Mandarin, Malay, Tamil, or others)
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or families
- Prior experience in private practice, EAP, or multidisciplinary settings
