We are looking for compassionate and skilled Associate Counsellors to join our growing team.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Our selection process is intentionally careful-not to exclude, but to ensure that every counsellor who joins us is positioned to thrive.

Requirements:

A Master's degree in Counselling from a recognized university

MUST: Registered Counsellor or Provisional Clinical Membership with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC)

At least 2 years of post-graduate clinical or counselling experience, preferably in a mental health setting

Proficiency with technology and a stable internet connection for conducting online sessions.
