Job Summary

You will lead efforts to enhance patient safety and care quality while supervising and guiding junior doctors and healthcare professionals in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

Deliver safe and high-quality patient care through active clinical practice in your specialty
Lead and supervise junior doctors and healthcare professionals to ensure clinical standards and professional development
Apply specialist knowledge and skills to improve clinical outcomes and patient safety
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support continuous improvement in healthcare delivery

Required competencies and certifications

Hold a Basic Medical Degree and Postgraduate qualifications registrable with the Singapore Medical Council
Maintain Specialist Registration with the Singapore Medical Council accredited by the Ministry of Health Specialist Accreditation Board
Possess relevant specialty experience and complete specialist training accredited by the Specialist Accreditation Board
