Associate Consultant (Software Developer)

About the role

As an Associate Consultant (Frontend Developer) at BT Automation Singapore Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality software solutions for our clients. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Singapore. You will work closely with our team of experienced developers and project managers to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge web applications.

What you'll be doing

1. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable frontend code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

2. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side functionality

3. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment

4. Implement responsive design and ensure cross-browser compatibility

5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our frontend development processes and tooling

6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

2. 2+ years of experience in frontend web development, with a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

3. Proficiency in popular frontend frameworks and libraries, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js

4. Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

5. Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git

6. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

7. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest frontend development trends and technologies
