about the job

1. Talent Partnership & Specialized Sourcing

• Act as a Partner for Talent by providing career advice, market insights, and resume coaching to candidates
• Utilise advanced sourcing tools (internal CRM, job boards) to identify specialists within your niche
• Build and maintain a list of pre-qualified candidates for high-demand specialized roles

1. Support & Mentorship Integration

• Shadow your Manager/Senior Consultant during client briefings to understand technical requirements and company cultures
• Manage the full administrative cycle of the recruitment process, including reference checks and compliance documentation
• Assist in the creation of market-specific content and job advertisements that resonate with expert talent

1. Market Intelligence

• Map out landscapes and identify talent pools within your specialization
• Support the team by gathering leads and market intelligence that can be converted into business development opportunities
• Consistently achieve KPIs focused on quality of candidate engagement and specialization growth

• Specialized Career Path: Direct training to transition from an Associate to a 360 recruitment consultant

• Mentorship: 1-on-1 coaching from leaders who are experts in their field
