What youll do:

As an Associate Consultant Primary Intelligence based in Singapore, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of integrated research solutions for clients operating within the healthcare landscape.

• Assist with reviewing and analysing client requirements and challenges to support the development of tailored proposals that address complex business needs.
• Develop detailed documentation and specifications that form the foundation for high-quality project delivery.
• Perform both quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify key issues, uncover trends, and develop actionable solutions for clients in the healthcare sector.
• Support consultants in designing and structuring compelling presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
• Build foundational knowledge of consulting methodologies, services offered, and the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and life sciences industries through hands-on project work.
• Gain awareness of technology solutions relevant to client scenarios by participating in solution design discussions and implementation planning.
• Expand your understanding of research methodologies and pharmaceutical markets by contributing to diverse client engagements.
• Attend, support, and present at client meetings to ensure clear communication of project progress, insights, and outcomes.
• Take on engagement-based responsibilities under the guidance of experienced consultants, engagement managers, or principals to ensure successful project execution.

What you bring:

To excel as an Associate Consultant Primary Intelligence, you will bring proven experience in market researchideally gained within the pharmaceutical or consumer health sectorsalongside strong analytical abilities.

• A minimum of 2-3 years experience in market research with a preference for candidates who have worked within pharmaceutical or consumer health market research environments.
• A solid grasp of branding concepts as well as marketing and business strategies which would provide additional value when addressing client needs.
• A proactive approach towards learning new skills combined with a growth mindset that drives personal development on the job.
• Resourcefulness in contracting fieldwork agencies or freelancers to efficiently manage fieldwork demands during busy periods.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
• The ability to think creatively when developing innovative solutions for uncommon problems encountered during consulting engagements.
• Previous experience managing both qualitative and/or quantitative projects within the healthcare industry would be advantageous but not mandatory.
