We're looking for a solution-oriented Associate Consultant / Implementation Consultant to support clients, configure solutions, and ensure smooth project delivery. If you enjoy problem-solving, communication, and hands-on execution, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and business needs

Support system setup, configuration, and implementation

Assist in preparing documentation and user guides

Work closely with clients and internal project teams

Perform basic testing to ensure solutions work properly

Support go-live activities and post-implementation follow-ups

Suggest improvements to processes and solutions
