It was the largest insurance deal in Singapore at the time. Singlife was subsequently acquired by Sumitomo Life in March 2024, one of Japans leading life insurers, which valued Singlife at S$4.6 billion, making the transaction one of the largest insurance deals in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing and scheduling CAB meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing meeting materials to CAB members in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate the submission, logging, and tracking of change requests within the change management system.
  • Support the Change Manager by ensuring all change requests have appropriate information and documentation, i.e. UAT signoffs, impact assessments, and risk analysis etc
  • Maintain records of CAB decisions, change approvals, and change schedules.
  • Help enforce change management policies and procedures to maintain compliance and reduce risk.
  • Assist with generating reports and metrics related to change management activities and CAB performance.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Change Management team as needed.

Experience

  • Experience in IT service management, change management, or project coordination is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with change management tools/software.
