Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Administrative / Operational

  • Supervise development and management of projects / campaigns.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Strong organisational skills and oversight of project and asset management and finance tracking.

Business Acumen

  • Lead / direct projects - strong sense of financial management.
  • Monitor profitability of project costs against resource utilisation, able to provide solutions when required.
  • Key supporting role in managing P&L/forecasting and profitability of the business.
  • Growth mindset to identify biz dev opportunities.

Client Management

  • Establish and maintain relationships with mid-level clients and is the day-to-day client contact for issues and challenges.
  • Inspire client confidence in the agency, using these relationships to help protect the work and activate new opportunities.

Strategy

  • Drive strategic discussions and objectives on every brief, ensure clear strategic objectives and KPIs for every project/campaign.
  • Ensure projects follow the overall strategic direction of the brand.
  • Good understanding of industry trends and their impact on client and company's businesses.
  • In-depth understanding of social / digital trends and best practices know what works, how to incorporate these into projects and how to evaluate their effectiveness.

Creative

  • Constantly challenging / pushing for brave and high quality work - not by criticism but in the spirit of elevating the quality of work with good solutions and ideas.
  • Confident in selling creative work.
  • Cognisant of recent award winning works/industry best practices.

People Management

  • Partner and collaborate with working teams, manages team performance.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members.

Leadership

  • Positive influencing skills, building up your own brand.

Job Specifications

1. Knowledge and Experiences Required

  • 6-8 years relevant experience with a sound knowledge of print, digital and content production processes.
  • Leadership experience in managing an account servicing team.
  • Sound financial planning and budget management experience

2. Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent relationship management and presentation skills
  • The ability to multi-task and provide holistic leadership support across a range of clients

  • Responsible, with a Can do, willing and positive attitude to be a support system for our clients
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple projects
