Job Responsibilities:
- Business requirements analysis, addressing employee/customer journey pain points for Branch and Self-Service Banking (BSSB) platform
- Product Owners to define and design customer journey flow and groom User Stories.
- Responsible for the UAT for BSSB enhancement which includes Test Planning and Test execution at test lab at DAH.
- Responsible for the Live Verification conducted at various ATM locations usually during weekends and after office hours depending of system deployment time.
- Be part of the application security key custodian team to support key activities at Data Centres, often carried out during the wee hours at least 1-2 a month.
- Provide BAU Support - User queries, issues resolution, configuration changes
- Production Issues/Incident Resolution - managing all the production issues and ensuring they get resolved within SLA.
- Prepare and compile statistics for regular statutory report submission.
Requirements :
- Degree in Business, computer science, information system or a related field.
- 3-5 years experience in Software testing and familiar with testing tools such as JIRA.
- 3-5 years experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Good technical skills and able to understand the interconnected interfacing systems.
- Meticulous attention to details
- Familiar with JIRA tools
- Good planning, organisational and time management skills.
- Able to work during weekends or after office hours if required.
