Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and diligentAssociate capable of learning and working independently to support the building of sustainable business practices for our Company and be part of exciting business operations and ventures!

As an Associate, you will be exposed to and develop knowledge and understanding in key areas of human resource, corporate administration, corporate secretarial, corporate law, finance, management, and business consultancy, and an appreciation of their impact upon, and relationship to organisation effectiveness. You are expected to carry out a pro-active role, acting in the best interest of clients and the Company, maintaining professional standards and employing best practices.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to quickly build upon your knowledge and/or experience in Human Resource Management while expanding your experience in other business areas including business consulting, market analysis, and strategy development.

Human Resource Function

  • Manage all HR related matters and ensure that HR practices are compliant with MOM regulations, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Ensure that employee records, staff insurance policies, leave records, and records with relevant government departments are up-to-date.
  • Ensure course grants, NS make-up pay, government paid maternity leave, childcare leave and paternity leave are submitted.
  • Review and submit employee-related surveys.
  • Handle work pass matters for foreign employees.
  • Ensure the administration and timely execution of payroll, CPF contributions and tax matters.
  • Handle renewal of licences and legal-related correspondences.
  • Provide support for all HR matters.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Business Consultancy & Corporate Advisory Function

  • Assist in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to support new business initiatives.
  • Support in the preparation of business proposals, reports, and presentations for internal and client projects.
  • Participate in client advisory work, including assisting in strategy formulation, organisational reviews, and process improvement projects.
  • Provide support in corporate restructuring, compliance, and governance projects.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of business growth strategies for both the Company and its clients.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external partners, government agencies, and stakeholders on consultancy-related matters.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights on opportunities and risks to inform management decisions.
  • Contribute to internal projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and building scalable business models.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any field, preferably with a background in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English.
  • Analytical, resourceful, and able to conduct research and prepare reports independently.
  • Highly motivated and can work under pressure.
