Our client is a global leader in Corporate Services and is looking to hire an Associate or AVP level candidate to join their Fund Reporting team, focusing on financial reporting and accounting for a portfolio of Real Estate investments.
Some of the Key Responsibilities include:
- Review monthly/ quarterly financial reports and valuations such as NAV/ Cash analysis
- Provide support for deal acquisition and management in accounting and reporting functions
- Help the team lead with asset sales, including preparing fund flows and working with tax teams, and support the portfolio deal management in accounting and reporting.
- Review monthly reports, check quarterly valuations (NAV, debt, and cash), and tracked liquidity and cash regularly.
- Work closely with the relevant internal teams such as legal, tax and legal teams to ensure smooth flow of deliverables
- Be involved in projects such as process improvements initiatives to improve workflow
To be eligible for this role you shall have:
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in fund reporting or fund finance, with exposure to Private Equity or Real Estate funds.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting / finance
- Certified Chartered accountant or equivalent
- Hands on Team management or vendor management experience is essential. Experience in managing an offshore team shall be a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work independently in a high-pressure environment
