We are seeking an experienced Associate/AVP for our Loans team specializing in Corporate and Project Financing in Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will play a key role in structuring and executing financing solutions for our clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Assist in structuring and executing corporate and project financing transactions.
- Conduct due diligence and financial analysis to assess the creditworthiness of clients and projects.
- Prepare detailed financial models and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all financing activities adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Support senior management in negotiating terms and conditions with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor the performance of existing loans and prepare periodic reports on portfolio quality.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in corporate or project financing within the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Experience in conducting credit risk assessments and due diligence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and teamwork.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance standards in the SEA region.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and financial software applications.
