Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end loan operations process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies within the banking and financial services department.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all loan-related activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks within the loan operations function.
- Support the implementation of new systems or processes aimed at enhancing operational performance.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on loan operations activities.
- Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to loan transactions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Associate/AVP, Loan Operations should have:
- Proven experience in loan operations, preferably within the professional services industry.
- Strong knowledge of banking and financial services processes and regulations.
