Associate Attorney

About the Role

. Working in collaboration with our offices in other jurisdictions to assist our clients on cross-border matters.

. Coordinating between clients and local experts.

. Directing, reviewing and summarizing regulatory research.

. Drafting and negotiating agreements.

. Managing regulatory filings.

About You

. Have a degree in law, admitted to a bar in a developed common law or civil law jurisdiction and continued to be in good standing.

. PQE 5+

. Have strong fact-finding, research, analytical and writing skills.

. Be able to communicate clearly, understand clients perspectives, take initiatives, exercise patience, pay meticulous attention to details, and learn new things and improve.

. Be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple assignments and prioritize deadlines.

. Be fluent in English and Korean. Having working proficiency in additional Asian language is a plus.

. Be a good team player with an energetic and positive attitude.
